I Lead the Finance Function at Venture Highway in the field of Finance
I have 13+ years of diverse professional experience across Finance, Operations and Investor Services. Prior to Venture highway, I worked with TVS Capital Funds as V.P Finance where I have led the Finance, Valuations, Investor Servicing, Portfolio Monitoring, Governance and Risk Management Functions.
I have also worked with Citibank and Ernst & Young in their Finance Functions
why seed investing
After having spent the first 10 years of my professional career outside of the PE/VC industry, I was intrigued by the VC deals rally which took place in the beginning of the decade and decided to explore opportunities in this industry.
I fell in love with the PE/VC industry immediately after coming in, because of the higher quality of contribution a finance professional can make to the lives of all stakeholders, including LPs, portfolio partners, and GPs.
My tenure in TVS Capital gave me the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business, and I was able to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to maximise returns to stakeholders. This is a valuable asset in the PE/VC industry, and it's clear that I’m passionate about using my skills to make a difference.
My passion to help young aspirational founders to build strong finance and governance systems is what led me to move to an early-stage VC firm. My ability to help build strong financial and governance processes will contribute to the success of my organisation by providing portfolio founders with the tools they need to manage their businesses effectively and grow their companies into sustainable enterprises.
