Job brief
We are seeking an Investment Analyst to work closely with the investment team to curate deal-flow, craft investment thesis, conduct thorough due-diligence, and construct quarterly reports for the fund's limited partners (LPs) covering fund and portfolio performance.

Desired Skills And Experience
- 3-5 years of experience working with a fund (Private credit, venture capital/private equity, etc.)
- Deep understanding of credit risk management, financial analysis, due diligence, etc.
- Excellent data analysis, visualization, presentation, and communication skills
- A team player with strong stakeholder/people management skills (both internal and external)
- Ability to build, scale, and improve processes
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment

Investment Analyst Job Profile
- Interacting with CXOs, and startup founders to understand their business model
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence by thoroughly evaluating investee companies by analyzing financial, operational, and credit metrics
- Build deal rationale/investment cases to be presented to IC, create IC notes and investment memos for successful deals
- Negotiate on key terms with partner companies, and liaison with legal teams to close the documentation
- Understanding and ability to negotiate on term sheets, legal contracts, and documentation
- Portfolio Assistance
- On an ad-hoc basis, provide additional support to our portfolio companies:
- Reviewing monthly portfolio MIS
- Modelling follow-on scenarios
- LP Reporting
- Assistance in quarterly reporting to GFIO's LPs
- Providing assistance to the deal team in resolving investor queries and LP research requests
