Responsibilities:
- Develops product positioning, messaging, and complete competitive analysis
- Develops buyer personas, ideal customer profile and continues to adapt it with changing market conditions
- Owns GTM of new products/features/capabilities to new and existing customers
- Performs market and customer research
- Builds marketing and sales plans to penetrate in focus industry verticals
- Creates and oversees delivery of all prioritized sales collateral, webinar content and customer communications
- Partners with the demand gen, brand marketing, product and customer success teams to create content and buyer experiences across key target personas to drive demand, progress pipeline, and influence demos
- Owns creation of all product-related, purchase intent or bottom-of-the-funnel content for the product.
What you'll need:
Education
- Undergraduate Degree or Postgraduate degree (MBA) or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
Skills
- Ability to work directly with customers
- Extraordinary listening and communication skills
- Passion for products and discovering new features to meet market needs
- Enjoy working with metrics and analytics that drive decision-making
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in roles that relate to marketing, product marketing, and/or content marketing and content development
- 3+ years of previous experience in a B2B SaaS company preferred
- High comfort level working in a technology environment; experience in the HRTech preferred
